Microdermabrasion exfoliation carefully removes dead skin cells from the upper skin layer (the epidermis), sucks them into the device and catches them in a replaceable filter. Simultaneously, the production of new skin cells is encouraged. This in turn visibly improves skin texture and elasticity. It also helps blur imperfections, superficial acne scars and age spots and reduces the appearance of large pores and fine lines.
How the ReVit Prestige works
The Silk’n ReVit Prestige comes with three unique diamond treatment tips for optimum exfoliation of the skin of the face and body. These are made of a quality material to improve durability.
- The Fine treatment tip has fine diamond particles and a small surface area. It is intended for the delicate and hard to reach areas on the face, such as around the eyes, nose and mouth.
- The Regular treatment tip is the standard treatment tip and is suitable for all skin types. It is intended for the rest of the face and neck.
- The Body treatment tip has larger diamond particles and a larger surface area. This treatment tip has been developed specifically for treating areas of the body, such as the arms and legs.
With this device, dead skin cells are carefully removed from the top skin layer (the epidermis), sucked into the device and caught by a replaceable filter. At the same time, this process encourages the growth of new skin cells. This treatment can be compared with professional facial peel at a salon.

As the skin cannot be treated with the diamond treatment tips every day, the ReVit Prestige also comes with a Massage treatment tip. Instead of diamond particles, this tip has a smooth surface which makes it suitable for daily use. The Massage treatment tip creates a vacuum, so that the skin is massaged and the blood circulation is stimulated. The result? A beautiful, healthy complexion.
You control your treatment
Silk'n ReVit Prestige has an LCD display that shows the setting you have selected. You can choose from two modes: Auto and Manual. With Auto Mode the remaining session time in a certain area is monitored. Where and how you have to treat your skin is clearly indicated. This peel treatment only lasts 4 minutes in total. This mode ensures the treatment is safe and structured. With Manual Mode you can structure the treatment yourself; the timer indicates the time passed since the start of the treatment.
Silk'n ReVit Prestige can be used safely on the forehead, cheeks, around the eyes, the nose, the chin, the neck and the hands. It is also suitable for all skin types. Do not use the device in combination with diamond treatment tips more than twice a week. You can, however, use the Massage treatment tip daily.
How to use
Please note: We recommend you avoid treating the same area of skin more than twice a week with any of the diamond tips. The Massage treatment tip is suitable for daily use and also should be used on clean, dry skin.
Before starting treatment, ensure your skin is clean, dry and free of skincare creams or make-up.
- Next, attach the desired treatment tip to the device and switch it on by pressing the Power button once.
- Then, select the preferred mode and start your treatment. Do this by placing the treatment tip against the skin and move it slowly over the area that needs to be treated. A full facial treatment takes about four minutes.
- Switch off the device as soon as you have finished. Wash the face or body with cold water to cool the skin and remove any remaining exfoliated dead skin cells.
- Apply a cream, preferably with SPF 30, or a body lotion, to nourish the skin.
Post treatment
Rinse your face with cool water and apply moisturizer.
Replacing the filters
The need to replace filters on the ReVit varies by individual. You will know when to replace the filter when the device suction doesn't feel as strong. This is due to the build-up of dead skin cells.
When you remove the filter, you will be able to see the build-up and know it’s time to install a replacement filter.
